Our Boxing classes take place on TUESDAYs & THURSDAYs from 18:00 - 19:00.
Our Kickboxing classes take place on MONDAYs & WEDNESDAYs from 18:00 - 19:00 AND SATURDAYs from 9:30 - 10:30

Your first class / trial is FREE. After that the classes cost:
-Under 16s: £20 per month
-Adults: £25 per month
This is the same for both Boxing & Kickboxing

The gym is located on 12 York Road, Ipswich, IP3 8BX. The gym is located down the driveway to the left of the catering shop (formally known as the Red Room).

YES! Feel free to park down are driveway that leads to our gym. Just make sure you've passed the metal gates.
